Olive OILS OF SPAIN
Italy is the biggest olive oil producer in the world, right? Wrong. We traveled to Spain, the planet’s top producer, to learn what it takes to turn this ancient fruit into liquid gold. We partnered with Spain’s national olive oil arm and the North American Olive Oil Association to create two videos educating American consumers: a tips video on how to choose, store and use extra virgin, and our showpiece “Extra Virgin | How is it Made?” (3.5 mill views)
REAL CHRISTMAS TREE BOARD
We created a suite of videos showcasing the benefits of choosing a live Christmas tree over fake plastic. For our showcase episode of “How Does it Grow?” we followed the lifecycle of a Christmas tree through an entire year, giving viewers an insider’s look at what it takes to care for this unique crop in all seasons. We created complimentary consumer tips videos on how best to choose a tree and keep it looking fresh all through the holiday.
Additionally, Nicole participated in a satellite media tour, speaking to dozens of media outlets. The tour was so successful, she was asked to return for a second season.
The world’s largest hummus company turned to True Food TV to tell the origin story of their creamy chickpea spread. We traveled to the vast plains of the Palouse to film the legume harvest for an unforgettable episode of “How Does it Grow?” We anchored the story in the kitchen, where Nicole taught viewers how to make hummus the bedrock of a delicious and satisfying meal.

Context partnered with True Food TV to showcase their private, expert-led tours of the world’s great cultural centers. In a two-part series, Nicole went to Amalfi, Italy, to meet an octogenarian lemon farmer to learn how the famous Amalfi lemon is integral to the life and history of the region. Then, to Naples, where she explored the secrets of the city with a Context guide and learned to make a a classic lemon pasta from one of the city’s handsomest chefs.

Campbell’s teamed up with True Food TV to share the origin story of Prego Farmers Market tomato sauces. We traveled to California to film the star ingredient: tomatoes. Unlike the ones sold fresh in produce markets, these tomatoes are actually allowed to fully ripen on the vine. Ripened fruit is delicate, though; there is a narrow window of time between ripe and rotten. Farmers have to harvest around the clock — making this the first episode of “How Does it Grow?” to include a night shoot.
