“As a journalist I am obsessed with research. There is nothing that makes my soul wither more than a story based on unfounded ‘facts’ that have been regurgitated across the internet. I promise my audience that every piece of content I publish — whether it’s a YouTube video, a sourdough course or a blog post — is rigorously researched and presented in a clear, engaging way. I don’t sacrifice clarity or complexity for simple entertainment. My audience is smarter than that.”
